Cogent（AS174）与TATA（AS6453）断开了亚太地区的部分互联，根据bgp.tools的消息，Cogent网内已经看不到TATA亚太（尤其是印度地区）的路由
对于单线TATA上游的客户，他们可能将无法访问到Cogent及其下游网络（如果下游也是单线Cogent的话）
上一个和Cogent断开互联的是欧洲地区的NTT，导致的结果是欧洲区域这两个网络的客户互访存在绕美带来的高延迟情况

正常情况下，国行版iPad无法激活墙外的esim，会提示所在地区不支持
但是，只要安装了RedteaGO app，iPad的手机卡那里就会多出几个选项
不需要用任何魔法，就可以任意安装esim，大陆地区使用跟实体sim卡没有区别
亲测有效，有兴趣的朋友可以试试
（其他能写入esim的app也许也可打开隐藏的开关，未测试）
